Real estate is Charlotte Pinkerton's second career. She was a computer programmer and project manager in the San Francisco Bay Area for almost twenty years. Charlotte was able to use her bachelor' of science degree in mathematics to her advantage. Charlotte has been a licensed broker and salesperson in California and New Mexico since 1988. That makes over nineteen years of experience in real estate. "I learned to do real estate in a tough school, the San Francisco Bay Area in the 1990s where prices were falling dramatically every month. I still use those tough, go-get-it-done skills I learned there."

Having been born and raised in Doña Ana County and being a New Mexico State University Alumnus, Charlotte has a long history in Las Cruces and has close ties to the community. And, as a member of the Las Cruces Association of Home Builders, she keeps on top of what's happening here.
