1,907 Houses Sold in 2007 making it the Third Best Year on Record
According to the sales data as of January 21, 2008 and Multiple Listing and Information Service of Las Cruces, New Mexico , local area Realtors sold a total of 1,907 new and existing homes, townhomes, and condominiums during the year ending December 31, 2007. While that is approximately 430 fewer sales than the 2,300 posted in 2006, and 260 fewer than the 2,100 closing posted in 2005, the number is greater than the 1,771 closings posted in 2004. As a result, 2007 replaced 2004 as Las Cruces' third-best production year on record.
